Original files are preserved unchanged in private storage; derivatives never overwrite the original.
SHA-256 integrity hashes are stored for every original for round-trip verification.
Property photos are isolated by property_id at both the database row and storage path level.
Archive/restore preserves all records; no permanent delete without explicit confirmation.
Calculator outputs derive only from audited, cell-exact ported formulas. Missing required inputs remain 'Input Required' — never fabricated or zeroed.
